What to expect

Initial quotation will be done which is where you will discuss with Colin what you would like done with your renovation and if there will be any issues that you may face or changes that you may have to compromise with due to building codes (for example -the walls could be asbestos which will need professional removal) then he will send you a quotation.

Once the quotation has been accepted you will sit down with Colin and sign a QBCC (Queensland Building and Construction Commission) contract which will include a confirmed start date.
